Car description

Up for your consideration is this 1979 Buick Skyhawk. This 25,500 mile unmolested two owner car is all original except for replacement parts. The vehicle is equipped with an even fire V6, automatic transmission, PS, PB with the front brakes being disc, am/fm. The "Hawk" runs and drives just fine. The owner has a clean PA title in his name.

History of the Car: The first owner was an older lady who drove the car mostly locally. She lived in an apartment building and parked the car in the lot, mostly in the same direction. As you can see in several pictures, several interior parts suffered UV light damage from this.
The second owner lived two miles from where this car was parked and had his eye on it for years. He bought the car when the lady gave up her license. The second owner's son drove the car for about 8 months, after which it was stored in a warehouse for about 12 years.
Recent work to make the car roadworthy once again included patching part of the exhaust system, installing a new muffler, sealing the gas tank (slight leak), cleaning out the rest of the fuel system, and installing new fuel lines. The car runs, drives, steers, and stops fine. Not being currently registered, we only drove it around the block a few times with no issues.
This GM h-body is very solid with no rot whatsoever and minimal, if any rust. Hard to believe for a NE car, but here it is. The "Hawk" is being auctioned off AS IS, inspections are encouraged! If you have questions, please ask.
The car is located in Plains, PA, which is not far from Wilkes Barre, PA.

Please note I am listing this car for a friend, his eBay account selling maximum won't cover this item.

Also please note the missing wheel cover in one of the pictures is now on the car.

Striving for an accurate description of the vehicle, I must mention that the fuel gauge does not work.
