Car description |
---|
The 1955 Buick Roadmaster is a true American classic car. Very few Buick Roadmasters were made in 1955, and far fewer still exist today. It is a popular and coveted car, a prized possession in Jay Leno's collection and the car Tom Waits and The Eagles sang about in "Ol' 55."
This Buick began as a father and son project. While the project brought us much joy, I have since gotten married, bought a house, and had kids. Needless to say, I don't have the time or money to continue to invest in this project.
We painstakingly worked to restore this classic car. The engine, transmission, and body work were all professionally done. Between these services, the initial purchase, and the parts, I can safely say I invested over $26,000 in this project. Fully restored, this particular make and model easily value between $50,000 and $60,000.This particular model is a 2 door "hardtop convertible."
