1978 BUICK SKYLARK OLD-SCHOOL 5.7 V8 700R4 AUTOMATIC OVERDRIVE

I’m selling this old school Buick Skylark for the incredible low price of just $6500! I just spent over $2200 for the following things to be replaced :

AC compressed

AC condenser

700R4 transmission

New idle circuit solenoid

I would keep it and put chrome side pipes on it so I could relive my high school days but that doesn’t look like it’s going to happen. So it time to sell and let someone else enjoy it.

I was told the motor and trans came out of a 1999 Chevy Suburban and that the motor is a 5.7 a Tuned Port Injection Vortec V8. It will spin the tire thru first and into second easily. The front seat has some splitting and the drivers door pull attachment is broke as seen in the pics. The A-arm bushing may need replacing. These door pulls always brake but the good thing is that they are easy to get from aftermarket venders. The fuel tank was replaced when the motor swap was done, to accommodate the fuel injection. Cash or trade foxbody, Bronco, 1st gen cougar.
