A sleeper version of the GN, the Regal T-Type carried the stock Regal grill, bumpers and interior. This example has a lot of money invested in go fast goodies that take it to the next level. A stock Grand National is going to be put to shame if it tries to run against this T-Type. The T-types are also more rare than GNs with over 20,000 Grand Nationals built in 1987 and only around 7,000 of the various Turbocharged Regals. The 3.8 Liter V6 engine has been massaged with Fast XFI injection, a Precision 6262 bb turbo, Precision front mount intercooler, 160lb injectors, Alky injection, Comp Cams 212 camshaft, ARP head bolts, Polymer motor mounts, Fast E-Dash, braided fuel lines, TiAL external wastegate and blow off valve, and a boost controller. The engine has also received a new timing cover with high volume oil pump and external seal, new alternator and more. The transmission is built with a 3,200 stall converter and shifts nice and smooth. Other upgrades include Moser axles, new shocks, new brake lines, new brakes, new front and rear suspension parts, new headliner, new axle seals and new rear main seal. The Black paint is in great shape with nice depth and shine and is set off with American Racing Torque thrust wheels. Inside is left fairly stock, with the exception of the gauge cluster and tuner. This car looks great, runs great and is quickly becoming as sought after as the Grand Nationals! Get your turbocharged Regal now, while they are still cheaper than their counterpart.
