Car description

1961 Buick LeSabre 2 door hardtop Bubbletop SURVIVOR Up for auction is a 1961 Buick LeSabre 2 door bubble top out of my personal collection. This is a very nice. all original. unrestored survivor with 65. 00 original miles. Engine is 364 cubic inch. 300 horse V8 with a Dynaflow automatic. Manual steering/ brakes. non A/C car. Engine starts right up and runs very well. Doesn't smoke. Dynaflow shifts fine. The car doesn't leak and runs cool. Brakes are good. front end is tight. Car has been updated with radial tires. Overall a nice driving. handling. sharp looking car Car has a fresh black respray over a clean. straight body. Car is an original black. code A car. not a color change. Original gray interior. Never hit or wrecked. All original panels. Panel gaps are excellent. Doors close the way they should. Frame. floors and trunk are in remarkably clean. original condition as well. There are two very minor trouble spots that are common to these cars. The rear body mounts just behind the rear wheels have some rust and there is some rust around the trunk latch. See pictures in link and 32 others for close ups. HERE---> http://s482. photobucket. com/user/mr-trishield/library/Eric?sort=3&page=1 Interior is all original and amazingly well preserved and untouched for a 54 year old car down to the orignal gray tinsel carpet. The top of the rear seat has come apart due to age. The bottom of the drivers door panel has some water damage as seen in the pictures. Trunk is solid and even still retains its original trunk mat. Overall this car needs nothing and presents very well. I doubt anyone will be disappointed. Its a car you can put plates on and proudly bring to a car show or cruise night and enjoy from day 1. If there are any questions you have. if there is something I didnt touch on or a close up picture you need. please ask! I will answer any questions to the best of my ability. Buying a car sight unseen is never a good idea. I would encourage anyone within driving distance to come look at the car in person. If your not close. have a fellow club member look at it for you. The car is located on the south shore of Long Island approx 45 miles east of NYC. A $200 non refundable despoit via paypal is required within24 hours of close of auction. The balance to be paid within 10 days via certified funds. wire transfer or IN CASH on delivery. Only bid if you have the money readily available. Seller is responsibe for shipping.
