Car description

I bought this car in 1999 from an estate with 30,000 original miles. In 2000 I sold the car to a customer of mine and he added some parts and had it painted (should have been left alone, was a survivor) to give it a GSX look. He drove the car around town and to the local cruise night car shows. About 7-8 years ago a girl pulled out in front of him. After getting the run around from the insurance companies he became frustrated and the car sat until I bought it back about June of this year. The car now has 62,812 original miles on it. I easily got the car running again and it runs great. Just so the buyer knows, I don't start cranking on a car that has been sitting that long. I supply oil pressure while turning engine over by hand several revolutions. Change fluids and clean gas. The damage looks worse than it is. Besides the obvious visible damage. The right frame horn is pushed to the inside about 3/4 of an inch (see last 4 pics) as you can see in the picture of the stabilizer bar mounting bracket and bushing. The shiny spot on the sway bar is where the bushing used to be. In another picture you can see just in front of the crossmember the frame horn flexed causing the paint to flake. Also look at the picture that shows the outside of that frame horn in the same area and you can't see any distortion. The frame horn on the end is bent over a little where bumper brackets bolt. I also measured the crossmember and it has not moved and has no damage. Most of the impact was outside the frame rail and that is why there was only minor frame horn damage. There was no flexing of the windshield post (no broken windshield or cracked paint). The door gap at the rear is still good. There is a dent in the quarter panel above the right rear wheel, not from wreck. As for the condition of the body, quarters, floor pans and trunk, they are original and very solid, no rust and no rust repairs. Look at the picture looking from the trunk to behind the rear seat. Unbelievable, untouched factory fresh. Engine has a very tight solid feel to it when running. The door has that new, solid sound when closed. The factory interior is nice, except for a couple splits where stitching dry rotted on drivers side. This is a very good low mileage car to repair and enjoy. Once vehicle is paid in full I will store for 30 days free. If you have less than 10 feedback or negative feedback, please call before bidding or your bid may be canceled. Ask any questions you may have and I can take more pictures of any area you want to see. Bills Muscle Car Parts 918-664-1967
