1969 Buick Skylark Custom convertable

1969 Buick Skylark . 75 percent restored I was restoring this car for a friend but he has hit hard times and cant finish it. His loss your gain. has newpaint, all new weather strips, new top and interior, rechromed bumpers, new duel exhaust and brakes all around. Runs fair but has been sitting for about15 years most its run is me pulling it in and out of the shop.needs tires, shocks and the top only wants to go back halfway wouldn't take much to finish it.
