Car description

Up for Sale is my 1987 Buick Grand National. I bought it last August from a older gentlemen in Ohio. It was a one-owner car when I purchased it. The car is in great condition for its age. It is all original and drive-train is stock. The car was very well maintained in the past. I have a book of records kept over the years. When I purchased it I bought all AC Delco parts and did a full tune-up. The engine oil and antifreeze was also changed. The transmission was serviced by the previous owner and shifts perfect. The original Y-pipe had a few pin-holes in it and I replaced it with an OEM original Y-Pipe. The stock exhaust flows perfectly and still has the original Catalytic converter. It doesn't smell or make any noise. The suspension was replaced over the years and I have the records on it. The front end is in great shape. The underneath of the car is solid and has no rust at all. The original paint is real straight with a great shine but has little imperfections in some spots. You have to really go up-close to see them. The interior is in great shape. The rugs. seats and door-panels are in nice shape. The headliner is starting to sag slightly. Everything works except for the power antenna which I purchased a used one from Kirban but I have not installed it as of yet ( will go with the car). The brakes stop fine. The car does not leak any fluids. When I had the car professionally tuned-up by a GN fanatic. I was told the car was taken care of and not abused. The rims are in really nice shape with no curb-rashes. The car is garaged kept. One important parts replaced was the original body fillers. Had them professionally painted and installed. Looks great! The only aftermarket part added was the ScanMaster and I was told by my mechanic to install it so it keeps track of the engine and the turbo. Also. installed new Oxygen sensor when I did tune-up. I have the original owner's manual and original warranty booklet. Car is open to inspection for serious bidders. Please ask all questions before bidding. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. This GN is sold in "as is" condition. Please contact John with any questions (646-642-6436). On Mar-03-15 at 07:14:22 PST. seller added the following information:Had a few questions from serious bidders on the following: NOS emblems on hood applied yesterday. I can provide additional pictures. The previous owner had the hood repainted due to factory defect and also on the driver's side quarter. The color matches perfect. Paint has aged but vehicle is 95% original condition. The paint Shines very well and is very straight (as seen in the pictures). Roof has minor paint checking in a few spots but not noticeable. I have won several trophies this past summer with many inquires on the vehicle. The A/C blows cool but needs to be charged . It was converted at one point to R-34. If there are any further question please ask. Thank You.
