What I'm selling is a very rare 1987 Buick Regal T-type WE-4 car with 52,603 miles If you are not familiar with the we4, it's essentially a Buick Grand National with some changes. It had grey seats instead of black. It had aluminum bumper braces instead of steel. Also, it had lighter aluminum wheels. Only 1,547 were built in 1987. To give a comparison, 20,194 Grand Nationals were built in the same year. This car was owned by a cousin of mine, who wrecked the car locally in back in 1998. The car was in immaculate condition when he wrecked it. We were in the auto and truck salvage business at the time, and the car was auctioned at a local insurance auction. My dad was there and recognized the car. He purchased the car with car planning to one day rebuild it. It currently has a Georgia Salvage title.
The car was hit in the front. Dad had a local bodyman remove the damaged front end, and he bolted on used grand national sheet metal from a wreck that we also owned. We never got back to doing anything with the car. For year the car was stored under a shed, but for the past two years however, it has been outside in the weather. It has had the seats stolen out, the radio stolen, and someone recently bent the drivers door trying to get into it. I don't want to see the car get neglected and damaged any further. Now is the time to finally sell the car and let someone else finish it. This is your your chance to buy your dream car. A low production and low miles example that will only go up in value. I have it listed at a fraction of the going price for these cars. You just need to be willing to put some work into it. Let me know if you have any other questions. Good luck and happy bidding!
