1986 Buick Regal LTD 2dr/coupe 8 cylinder

1986 Buick Regal Ltd 2dr, automatic, 5.0 liter V8 with 81k miles. Runs and shifts good. No rot on body, frame or floors. Vehicle has surface rust. It needs complete paint, bumper fillers, grille and vinyl top. Wheels do not match and needs new tires. It has a current flat tire right now. Battery will also need replacing. I had put on a new cat back exhaust s few years ago as well as a new alternator. The interior is complete and has an after market CD radio. The vehicle does not have a title. The state of Rhode Island does not issue titles for cars older then the model year 2000 and older. A Rhode Island previous registration takes the place of the title.
