1994 Buick Roadmaster sedan, white, 177K, runs well, good to restore or part out

Classic, comfortable '94 Roadmaster, white with blue leather interior. Car runs very good and has been well cared for (includes maintenance record since 2012) but will need an exhaust system shortly. Driver's window is out of adjustment and needs a fix. Since a recent brake light electrical repair, the high beams have stopped working. Cabin heater has never worked well, but AC and cassette/radio and all other power systems (windows, locks and driver's power seat) all work fine. Brakes are good. Car has VERY powerful LT-1 engine with many good miles left on it. Although it's in regular use now, I see this as a great candidate for a restoration or parting out, not a good car for immediate, everyday use. Rubber in good shape and are in fact snow tires. Clean title.
