Car description |
---|
1937 Buick Century. We purchased this project car from an older gentleman who no longer had time to work on it. There are a lot of parts for it as shown in photos, including the original glass for the brake lights and front marker lights. Some of the parts are still in the original packaging. We were told that all parts required for the vehicle are there, but I am not a professional so i can not say for sure if they all are. The entire car will require new glass.
The body is in very good condition. The trunk is solid, along with the floor pans, the only damage that i can see is in the passenger side rear fender as shown in the photo. The doors still open and shut very smooth and latch properly. The original radio appears to be with it but I have no knowledge of the tube style radio and can not tell you the condition of the radio. All the chrome trim pieces also appear to be there.
The 1937 Buick Century was given the name Century, because it was a car capable of going over 100 MPH. It has an inline 8 Cylinder motor. This car also has the extremely sought after suicide rear doors. This would be a great car for any collection once some time and love are put in to it.
If you have any questions about the vehicle, or require any more photographs of the vehicle or the individual parts, feel free to message me and i will do my best to provide assistance.
