For Sale- Very cool 1958 Buick Special 4 door Station Wagon. It is a Sedan 4 door wagon, not a Caballero hardtop wagon, but still very cool ride. Look up the $$$ dollar numbers on these, they are high dollar rides. A/C car.
BODY- Straight body with very few bumps for it's age. Slight bubbling in a couple door corners but overall very, very solid. Needs floor pan patches, that's normal. Door jambs, rockers, quarters, tailgate are all nice. Hood has a ding in the front middle, hard to see if you're not looking right at it. Few bubbles in the bottom of the hood, not bad but I want to mention them, i'm straight up with this car. I think it's 2 flat glass windows are cracked, not a big deal, they are cheap. BOTH Front & Back curved glass are great!! Doors shut TIGHT and RIGHT. Tailgate snaps closed. Frame is perfect. Looks like the car has had one repaint a long time ago, originally like a darker burnt orange/rust color.
All the chrome and trim is there! Overall it's in very nice condition, very solid driver condition. Some of the most Chrome Detroit ever put on a rig. No need to source any.
INTERIOR- Call it restoration grade. Seat covers are actually nice but a God awful Orange with White vinyl. I think dye the orange and seat covers are good to use. Needs headliner (part of it is there), Door panels (use them as templates), all handles and stuff are there. Back seat folds down easy. Dash is complete but should be painted. Some paint and cleaning it'll be nice. Steering wheel is a good original. A/C vents are good. Of course need full carpet kit. Spare tire well is solid but has rust at the very bottom where they all do.
DRIVETRAIN- Original 364 Nailhead is in place. Carb, intake and both exhaust manifolds are on it. The removed parts such as- starter, distributor, air cleaner, A/C compressor & brackets, generator, fuel pump, fan w/clutch, belts, plug wires are all with the car. Only thing I can see missing is the radiator. Either keep it original and rebuild the motor or junk it. An LS motor would be awesome! Car rolls fine, shifts in & out of park easy. It has ZERO brakes, just so you know for loading and towing reasons. Tires hold air for shipping.
Look at what some of these look like finished then build your own! Car is for sale locally, look in Atlanta for it. Car is located in North metro Atlanta. Clear Oregon title. Will come with Bill of Sale also. Fair reserve, I won't disclose it. Want the car? Contact me.
Have more than 10 feedbacks. No sale to outside the US 48 states. Been burned before and Ebay stinks, they don't protect their longtime customers like they should. Follow and meet the sales criteria please.
GOOD LUCK! Very cool AS* ride!!

On Feb-26-18 at 06:26:02 PST, seller added the following information:
Things I have been asked.* Zero rust in the engine compartment. Battery tray is fantastic* Rear window supports itself on the factory brackets* NO KEY comes with it. Sorry, I didn't get one but that's easy enough to fix. It does not affect the way it rolls and steers.* I have the rear wagon interior cargo area side panels for templates.* NO, it does not run and you CAN'T drive it to Florida
