Car description

For sale:1952 Buick Super, clear title in hand. This beautiful car needs a new home. Someone that will give her time and fix her up. Has the original 263 Fireball Inline 8 engine along with the original Dynaflow Transmission. Very rare and hard to find this car. The super was the full size version compared to the Riviera and Roadmaster. Lots of room in this 4 door beauty.
I purchased this car several months ago with the intent to restore her but ran into a financial crisis and must sell her. When I purchased her she was not running due to transmission gasket leaks and breaks. 2 weeks ago I took her to a local transmission shop and had the main gaskets and seals replaced. Still has a very small and slow leak and that's because the torque converter bolts need to be tightened a little past specs. Will drive and shift but does not go into reverse. Just needs the linkage adjusted. Water pump has a small leak so will need a seal in the back plate or a new water pump. Other that this there are no issues. Brand new battery, brand new white wall tires, sand blasted wheels. Radiator and hoses are running great, fuel pump runs great, heater hoses are bypassed so there is no heat but can be reconfigured and ran. Headlights and break lights work great as it was converter from 6v to 12v. New lights all the way around, extra chrome parts in my garage to include extra bezels and the trunk Dynaflow emblem. I have all 4 original chrome hubcaps as well. The body on this car is immaculate. Very straight and would make a sweet lead sled, hot rod or restore as is. Dynaflow tranny runs very smooth and I have no problems cruising down I-25 doing 60. I have no time or money as mentioned above so I need to sell to someone that will give her time and fix her up.As you can see the inside will need to be redone unless you want to have it the way it is right now. Seats, door panels, headliner are all original and need to be re-upholstered. Had some holes in floor board but as you can see on the photos these were patched. Ready for padding and carpet and a new interior. Fenders stick close to 4 inches out, body is solid steel and as straight as an arrow. This car gets attention and I am sad to say that I must sell her. Due to the minor issues such as water pump and reverse in tranny I recommend towing her home. Please look at all photos and ask all the questions you may have.Have a blessed day.
