Car description

Up for Auction is my 1973 Buick Riviera. This car has a little over 40K original miles. It is one of 855 built in Willow Green. It has a cream vinyl top that's in great condition and a cream 60/40 bench seat interior that's in excellent condition as well. This car is also equipped with power windows, power seats, Automatic Climate Control, AM/FM Stereo, 2.93 Limited Slip rear end.
This car was all original with only the plug wires changed when I purchased it. However, being an old low mileage car, sitting isn't good on them either. I've had to repair or replace several things, but now I've done all of that and it's ready to cruise anywhere.
List of parts replaced or repaired: Rebuilt the Carburetor, added a Pertronix to the original distruibutor, replaced the A/C compressor, belts, heater valve and hoses, valve cover gaskets, water pump, rebuilt the transmission and replaced the torque converter. I kept the original AC compressor in case someone wanted to have it rebuilt. The only 2 things I haven't gotten around to fixing is the Cruise control and the passenger power seat (the motor runs and it tilts as it should, but will not slide back and forth)
Mechanically, this car is amazing now and ready to drive.
The interior in the car is amazing for it's age. It's not faded, dash is NOT cracked etc.
This car isn't Rusty at all which is common in the boat tail Riviera's. The car is a great "20 footer" but IMO does need paint to be a "show" car. It's very presentable as is and I haven't painted it since it's the original paint. It does have a few scratches and 3-4 dings. The car sat in a shed for years and the left 1/4 was in the sun, the paint on it is starting to crack and chip. Again, I left it alone and have just enjoyed driving the car.
The car is located in NW Georgia and can be made available for viewing in person. Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
$500 deposit via paypal will be due within 48 hours of auction's end. I reserve the right to end this auction early as the car is for sale locally. Car is sold with a GA Bill of Sale.
