1962 Buick Skylark 215 V8 four speed manual trans in as new condition 385 miles

For sale is our beautiful 1962 Buick with rare factory 4 speed manual transmission. This car was restored by the original owner. The car has traveled 385 miles since restoration, and has never been in the rain, and always garaged & covered since. Everything works perfectly, and unlike some show cars, it has been completely vetted. There are no rattles or creeks, and the car runs & drives as new.

We have all the receipts for the restoration. This includes the rebuilding & restoration of the entire automobile, engine, transmission, brakes, front & rear suspension, cooling system, fuel system, gauges, interior, exterior paint, and trim. The only known defects are a scratch in the passenger side window, and the rear seat was not recovered & has a few blemishes.

The car was shown at The Buick Club of American Rally in 2009, receiving a gold award, 387 points out of 400. 8 of those deduction points were for the radial tires.

Also included with the sale are the following items: original bill of sale and business card from the salesperson, original window sticker, and the original letter from the Buick Motor Division thanking the owner for his purchase. The letter is in the original envelope along with the Engineer Approved Accessories catalog that accompanied the letter & state of Utah 1962 affidavit of vehicle safety inspection papers. The car also comes with the original 1962 Buick owner’s guide, and 1962 owner’s protection plan.

The reserve is a fraction of what it would cost to restore this car today, and is priced to sell.

The car is sold as is with no warranty.
