Now that they're finally getting the recognition they deserve, it's time for serious collectors to add a first-generation Riviera to their collection. Cars like this 1964 Buick Riviera are no longer bargain-priced leftovers, but first-rate collectables that also happen to be some of the best driving cars of the period. Records from 1999 and mileage matching oil change sticker on the door from 1977. Car has been in the Riviera Owners Association club since 2000 under the previous owner.
Garaged all of its life and for the last 16 years only a total of 80-100 miles driven in parades and short runs with other vintage rides. Door sticker shows service at 76258 miles. Starts right up and runs and idles smoothly. I'll work with your transporter to load for delivery. Included is a bunch of service/parts receipts including the new battery warranty from Les Schwab a couple years ago. I can send numerous additional pictures if you will call me and provide an email address or cell for texted images. Evidence of some wear on the carpets and kick panels, drivers and passenger seats have split along the seams in places, otherwise the interior is in very nice shape. I haven't detailed the motor or repainted the engine compartment as you see in some older cars. Over the last 15 years or so; a newer heater core, hoses and a few other regular maintenance related items have been replaced or repaired. The body has very few marks and while not perfect it looks pretty good for its age. Repainted over 20 years ago and kept washed and waxed it's in excellent survivor condition and is a perfect candidate for restoration or a daily driver as is. The list of items needed is short; exhaust from manifolds back ($600 aluminized - $1,000 Stainless) depending on your preference, water pump is leaking (a new pump is in the trunk), modern tires (currently wearing 20 year old whitewall bias ply) and a spare wheel and tire. Calls Welcome Ken 208-699-0740 Best Offer requests will be processed through eBay with a reduced Buy Now once we agree to a price.Hagerty Valuation shows this car as $15,500 in #3 condition.I reserve the right to remove the listing at any time within 24 hours before auction end time as the car is also available for sale, or part trade, locally and is advertised at my sons business in Frisco Texas.
