1983 Buick Riviera Convertible - NO RESERVE!

You are bidding on a rareopportunityto own 1/3000 BuickRivieraConvertible..and at no reserve to be sold to the highest bidder! I am only selling because I need money for personal expenses. I will try to be as through as possible.
THE POSITIVE-Power everything-Rare digital Dashboard-Alloriginal-Low miles-Garage kept-New cooling system-Engine is good-Transmissionis good-Body is good
THE NEGITIVE-there is a short somewhere in the electrical I haven't been able to figure out where so battery will need fully charged before driving-carb can use a proper cleaning or ideally rebuild it-Driver seat is pretty beat (see pictures) ideally would be nice to reupholster the interior-minor rust on the outside and 3 inch scratch on trunk (see pictures)
overall this is a beautiful example of the rare Rivera convertible fully loaded with some even rarer features. with a little love this can be a museum quality piece.
