Car description |
---|
I got this car a couple years ago, hoping to fix it to be my first car. Unfortunately, as a high school student, I have neither the funds nor the skills to fix this car how I would want it. I have also developed an interest in JDM cars, so I figured I might as well get this beauty/beast to someone who can put her on the road. This is a project, and I recommend you do your research.
The Good:
The frame is very solid, the dash is nice, the body is in wonderful condition for its age and history, and it is 100% original.Floor pan except the front is solid, trunk is solid. The car rolls easily, and the tires are all filled and were recently replaced. All chrome is there except one piece on left rear door. This car is extremely cool and unique, even as old cars go. This price is pretty low for the car, see other listings for 1960 Buicks.
The Bad:
This car does not run and needs work. Interior is rough and front floorboards are rusted out. Radiator, gas tank, and starter solenoid are missing, see engine bay pictures. Windshield is cracked (see pictures). The front brakes had to be removed. Odometer just says 05226.
Included is some stuff that was left in the back of the car, an original shop manual, and a couple "364" stickers.
Buyer is responsible for shipping, and the car is located near Columbia, Missouri.
