Nice '65 Buick Skylark 2 door Hardtop with Factory Bucket Seats & Console. Very Complete with ALL the Factory Original Interior & Trim in real good shape. Found in a barn (actually a shed next to barn) in Kentucky from Original Owner w/Gobs of Receipts. Original 14in Chrome Rally Wheels w/Great Tires.Fully Equipped with many Rare Options - It's all there & Everything works as it should. Working Factory AC & Heat, Power Windows, Power Steering, Power Disc Brakes (added), Seat Belts, Console, Push Button Radio, Padded Dash, plus, the Extremely Rare Vacuum Trunk Release. Everything Works as it should!
Brakes & Suspension were bad so I replaced them with All NEW Brakes, Springs, Shocks - Upgraded to Front Disc Brakes - ALL NEW - from New Dual Master Cylinder to Rear Drums including all new lines. The Genuine Boyd Coddington 17in Wheels & Great Tires shown in some pics available with this car for 500.00 more.
I've been driving it for couple years & would not be afraid to drive it anywhere - with windows up & AC on in the summer - it never overheats! My 65 GTO is almost done so time to bring this great Skylark to your house...
Everything is complete & original under the hood - strong V-8 engine runs great & trans shifts good. No Smoke, Knocks, Leaks, Rattles or Drips - Not bad for a car that sat for 15-20 years (yes, we changed ALL fluids).
Windshield & all other glass is in good shape. Carpet is original but needs replaced. The interior is all Factory Original and in great condition (only 1 small tear on driver seat). Have complete set of ALL New Weatherstrip (Included).
Very complete, original car -- Did I mention the AC Still Works?? It still had original freon in the system and the factory tags on AC Vents so I had it professionally converted to the new type freon gas & recharged (No AC parts needed replaced). It Cooled the interior down to 60 degrees when it was 92 outside!!
Great to Fully Restore, as it looks like EVERYTHING is there & original. Has GranSport Emblems but may not be one.
Body is Solid with very little rust in normal places - Come & drive it home
Frame & Floors look solid, trunk needs some rust repair, like most (replacement trunk floor included).
