Was put in dead storage shortly after I got it. Was parked in a large machine shed with cement floor. The car was running just before storing the Buick. There was a metallic rapping noise coming from under the passenger valve cover. I removed the cover and there appeared to be a broken push rod. I then removed the intake manifold to see several pushrods bent and as well several collapsed lifters as well. Therefore motor requires some work. Then I had to leave for my new job out of the province hence the long term storage. After paying $4600. for storage fees for the last ten years, have decided that's it, ot paying anymore.Has a 425 CI motor- 465 foot pounds torque. 340 HP- Super Turbine 400 Trans. From what I can see.No bondo that I can see, ery good body, was told it has been repainted years ago . Looks OK. Body quite solid. Some small rust spots on car.. A slight ever so dent on driver quarter side. There is a small patch of some kind of silicone under rear of seat of floor, ot sure why though. Rest of car has what looks like original under coating. This car is in need of restoration, ut well worth it.Has a $300. rebuilt carburetor and I have NOS push rods (complete set) I purchased this car from a very nice 85 year old gentlemen who was retired from the army., hat a wonderful man!I am not responsible what so ever for shipping, ou would have to make all the arrangements from your end..A $500 deposit is required within 24 hours after winning the auction.
