Extremely clean 1982 BMW 633CSI.This car has a build date of 9/81making it a rare E12 chassis car. This garage kept car spent most of its 33 years in Texas beforemaking its way to Indiana where it is located now. I have this car strictly for Sunday pleasure drives andkeep it in a climate controlled garage. I've never driventhe car in rain or snow and by the looks of if... the previous owners didn'teither. This 633csi has undergone extensive maintenance in the past year including (but not limited to) new water pump input/output transmission seals front calipers front brake hoses (all 4) front and rear brake pads rear rotors rebuilt alternator new voltage regulator new battery new front power window switches and updated BMW wheels with new Pirelli P7 tires. All work was completed by a local import shop specializing in German vehicles.EXTERIOR:The car shows very well with only minor blemishes for it's 33 year age. There is no rust to speak of. The white paint is original and in good shape considering its age. Asthe pictures showthe car has very glossy paint. It has afew spots inthe paint where the previous owner got a little slow with a power buffer and left a smudge (I've included apicture of the mostnoticeable spot). There is a small dent in the hood where someone has closed the hood with a tool under it (please see picture). All the glass is clean clear and crack/chip free. The original BMW 14" wheels are included andare in excellent condition. The 14" wheels have new Michelin tires that all match. The 17" BMW mesh wheels shown in the pictures are also included and are inexcellent condition with no curb rash or scratching. The 17" wheels have new Pirelli P7 tires that all match.INTERIOR:The "Cherry" red leather is in excellent condition with no rips tears or substantial wear. The back seats look to never have been sat in. The original dash is crack-free and looks great. The door panels shift boot glove box etc are all in excellent condition with no problems. The carpet is original and typical of these cars... it has discolored over time. The carpet was originallycharcoal grey in color but has almost a green hue to it today. The carpet is still plush and does not have any rips or hard spots so I've lived with the color just fine (besides.. it's original!). The stereo has beenreplaced with anewer CD player with updated speakers in the back. I do not havethe original stereo speakers or speaker covers.MECHANICAL:The car starts runs and drives very well. The 5-speed transmission feels tight and goes in to each gear smoothly (as a BMW should). The clutch was analyzed when the input/output shaft seals were replaced and it was in great condition. The sunroof works perfectly in both sliding and tilting motions. The heater works excellent. The A/C functions seem to work as they should though it does not blow very cold air. The power windows workperfectly onthe front windows. The rear power motors work properly but the switches aretemperamental. There are always listings that say "you will never findanother one this clean"... so I'll just say this car is ofthefinest E24 BMW's I've ever seen. I receive more compliments and questions on this car than any other car that I've owned. Based on the history of theother low production number BMWs this car is sure to gain value inthe coming years. I'm selling becausethis low mileage car belongs inthe hands of a collector. I have a hard time resisting driving it on nice days and don't want to put too many miles on it.I have more photos of the car and am happy to answer any questions you may have. Please call Sam at 812-345-6077 (between 8am - 8pm Eastern Time) with any questions you may have. I think the photos and mileage speak for themselves.
