Car description |

1992 BMW 318is Coupe Running Parts car. Owned for 12 years. Mobil 1 synthetic.Starts and runs smooth. 5 speed with Z3 shifter and and Delrin bushings. Factory Limited slip differential.
At 125k I installed a valeo single mass flywheel and clutch kit. Bilnstein sport and h&r race springs. Coil on plug conversion.
The drivetrain and suspension setup is very fun to drive and has life left in it.
Interior is not great, vinyl is shrinking on most panels and door cards are falling apart, rip on drivers seat, sunroof is busted and headliner cloth is missing.
Passenger door and rear quarter dinged up. See photo. Both window regulators are questionable.
This car is very rusty underneath, and is probably not safe to drive.
All 4 jack points are rusty. The mounts for the engine and suspension are still solid as far as I know.
It was however my daily driver until recently when the muffler broke (has pretty loud custom muffler) I jacked it up and realized the jack points on all 4 corners are crumbling. This is a common problem with e36 car driven in the snow...
