Description

Selling my fathers 1983 BMW 633 CS. He was a BMW master mechanic and had a BMW/Mercedes repair facilities until he retired in 2002. He purchased this vehicle from the original owner (his client) in 1991. He prized this car and took religious care of it. He last drove it around 2009 when he moved it from Los Angeles to San Diego. At the time, the car drove perfectly. Engine, transmission and drive train were all solid. Around 2011 he realized mice got in the engine and damaged the wire harness. He attempted to splice it back together but during this time he was diagnosed with cancer and no longer could work on the car. He passed in 2015. It has sat in his driveway for the past 8 years and the sun has taken its toll on the paint and interior. The car needs work. Paint, interior and also fixing the wiring harness. He has parts in the trunk from the engine. The car has always been a california car. Looks like there is some rust on the roof near the sunroof. Also some under on the rocker panel on the drivers side. Feel free to ask any questions. Happy to take more pics if requested. Note that the car does not run. I have not started or attempted to start it given the wiring harness issue. Consider this if you are planning on shipping the car.
