**LOCATED IN CANADA** **VERY RARE FIND!**
1969 BMW 2000 Ti LUX in restorable condition. Was imported from Germany to Canada in 1972, and was originally grey which I am assuming was Fjord Grey. The car has since been painted blue and has gone through 3 owners including myself. I have owned it since 2004 and had purchased it as a restoration project, but I had never gotten around to it.
The goods; pretty much everything is with the car still ie: original 14in steel wheels with hub caps, twin solex 40DCOE carburetors with original air box, and all of the trim and badging, door pockets and fold down rear armrest and anything else that makes this a Ti Lux.The rear shock towers are good, as well as the rocker panels and floors are still there.
The bads; it has had a very average body job done previously, and will need to be repainted and also the tailpipe which is nowhere near factory looking. The main concern is the front passenger shock tower that has rusted as far as the body goes. The engine will start and run, but smokes, so the engine will need to be gone through as well. The clutch pedal does not return once pushed down so may need a slave or master service.
Please email me with any questions you may have.**Serious inquiries only****The vehicle is also listed locally. Seller reserves the right to end the listing at any time****The buyer is responsible for shipping arrangements**
