For sale is my 1989 E30 S52 project. I am 98% there but just moved to a new house and lost a garage spot. I have invested a lot of time and money into this project but with kids, work, and house renovation I have no time to finish.
If you're looking for a fast e30 and you're mechanically inclined, this is for you. I have over $8k into it. List of parts below adds up to about $4k without counting the cost of the car, labor, head job with reman head, and the complete S52 engine.
S52 came from E36 M3 with ~100k miles. Did a head job on it. New valves, springs, machined head, etc...
I have driven the car around the neighborhood and it drives and runs.No milky oil and no overheating. No fluid leaks. No water leaks.No Rust.
Car does not have power-steering connected and does not have AC but the e30 components are there if you wish to put AC. Look up E30 swap AC online, you will need a custom AC line.

The Bad:
-Front bumper shell has crack. New replacement shell is $138 online shipped online. I will send you link
-Front Lip came off during tow to new house. Lip isn't OEM and wasn't best fitting anyway.
-Dent on fenders but should be able to pop out. Not sharp and they're fairly big and in a spot easy to reach behind (near headlights)
-Clear coat is pealing in a few areas.-Car smokes white. Not sure why. This is why I am selling it for big loss because I don't have time to diagnose. The head is reman/pressure so that should be good. It doesn't overheat. Fluids are all old and need to all be flushed.Gas is 2+ years old and likely has moisture in it.-Front seats are beaten up but the rest of the interior is very nice and clean. I was going to put racing seats in it. Detailed everything except the front seats because I was just going to get rid of them.
