Car description

1990 BMW 325i Sedan with a 5 Speed Manual Transmission. Very nice, solid, driver quality car with some recent maintenance done. It's been a Florida car most of it's life. I believe the 147k on the odometer to be accurate. The car is 99% rust free with the exception of the sunroof and one area on the edge of the roof near the sunroof. It's just bubbling and not rusted through. (see pics) The car runs, drives, sounds amazing and it's very smooth going down the road. The transmission is quiet and shifts great with no whines or grinds. The car stops on a dime. I have a clean Florida title in hand and the Autocheck report shows 3 previous owners and no previous accidents or title issues.
The good:
New fuel tank and fuel pump, Recent clutch job. Transmission has been resealed, New poly mounts, Redline MTL fluid, It has a wrapped header and cat delete. (car sounds amazing) the rest of the exhaust is OEM. No smoke out the back when flogged:) The tires are about 6 months old. New plugs and wires. The timing belt and water pump was done a few years ago. The car runs very, very cool. It had been idling and driven for at least 30-40 minutes when I photo'd the gauge cluster. The control arm bushings have been replaced as well as the shocks. Lowering springs were added at the same time but I'm not sure of the brand. The aftermarket bluetooth head unit and speakers are pretty current, power antenna works. Manual sunroof works. All the lights and signals work. I just installed a new dash cap and it looks factory.

The bad:

Only the drivers power window works. I do have an extra regulator that goes with the car. Could be a switch issue as well. There's some paint flaking on the right quarter panel possibly due to a previous repair. There's no signs of structural or frame damage anywhere. It's a little wet around the oil pan but nothing excessive. Only a few minor drips when parked for a while. The passenger seat is not the same style as the driver side but functions 100%. The heat works however the A/C needs to be evacuated and recharged. I think it may have a leak near the dryer bottle. The front bumper has a small crack in it but overall the front end of the car is strait and clean.
Overall the car will make a great driver for someone. You could also paint it and have a really, really nice car that will be worth a lot of money one day. These cars are only going up in value and next year it will be considered a classic /antique so it becomes super cheap to insure and register.
