Engine runs solid and cool. In perfect tune with dual Weber carburetors and electronic ignition controlled through a mega jolt spark control module. Tune-able through a USB port in the glove box. tuning is done however and drive ability is excellent. Has a wide band oxygen sensor installed and attached to an air fuel ratio gauge on dashboard so you can see where the mixture is while driving. Room for future modifications. with no smog test requirements the possibilities are endless. Has a rev limiter set to 6500 rpm but no tachometer. Equipped with adjustable coil over suspension at all four corners. Handles well. ride is firm. Four speed manual transmission with smooth clutch. easy to drive. Electric fan installed instead of clutch-driven type. Runs cool. Gauges bounce around a little at times but perfectly readable. Has an aftermarket fuel tank in the trunk. and the battery is relocated under the rear seat. Body is in very good condition. only problem area is the driver quarter panel and corner of trunk lid. where some rust has occurred due to a low quality previous repair. I have found not other rust on the car. trunk. shock towers. floors are solid. I installed slimmer. less bulbous euro-spec front turn signals which are very hard to find! I have a hoard of parts for this car. available SEPERATELY. Bumpers. old carbs. wheels and more. Car is quirky but has been driven all over and is very solid. Still some room for improvement. perfect for someone who wants to tinker but be able to jump in and drive right away.
