BMW 1976 2002

One owner till 2018, low miles has been in California in a garage for 30 years parked. This is a project car, but NO RUST ANYWHERE! Has normal problems from storage, tires are old, gas is old in the tank, engine was started using a gas can with new gas. Most of the paint from the doors back is good, has a replacement hood and the paint is checked and not good. the front fenders and doors were also repainted when hood was changed. The interior is a mixed bag, the headliner, door cards and carpet are good. The dash is perfect, no cracks, has original Blaupunkt radio and cassette, but the seats have all the horsehair missing and the vinyl is torn with some springs coming thru, has sheep skins on front two seats. This is a great car to restore all the gaps are correct, engine needs to be brought to life but only has 71thousand miles. This is too much of a project for this old guy. I cleaned it up but needs more of a mechanic than me.
