I originally purchased this in May 1997 (photo as shown with the mask) with 49K for my friends who desired such a cabriolet, as I was (and continue to be) an avid BMW enthusiast. They had her serviced exclusively through Joe’s Foreign Auto in Newington, CT. She was always garaged and rarely caught in the rain…and never seen snow. Non-smoking ownership, babied, and not driven by any teenagers…has been a fourth car since 1997 and driven less than 2,500 miles per year since then; not a museum piece but truly in exceptional condition. Upon their second retirement, I bought it back from them in 2016 with 99K and began a light re-commissioning (using either genuine BMW parts or quality aftermarket suppliers such as Redline, Behr, etc). Appearance: Floor Mats / Roundels Battery Belts Brakes: Front and Rear--Calipers / Discs / Fluid / Pads Cooling System: Coolant / Hoses / Radiator / Thermostat / Water Pump Drivetrain: Clutch Disc / Fluids / Guibo / Single Mass Fly Wheel / Slave / Throw-Out Bearing Stereo: Headunit (Bluetooth) / Speakers / Wiring Suspension: Alignment / Control Arms / Ball Joints / Stabilizer Bar Links / Sway Bar Bushings Tires (5) Tune-Up: Air Filter / Fuel Filter with BG44K / Oil and Filter Change / Spark Plugs Power Steering Fluid and Lines Wiper Blades and Motor Photos taken a few days ago; has since been detailed. This is surely considered a turn-key car, not in need of any maintenance or repairs…in exceptional condition. Carfax, as shown, is spotless. The only known issue is an oil drip (size of a dime) from what I believe is the lower oil pan gasket, rear bolt that stripped. She is registered, insured, and titled (clean) in Connecticut. My feedback speaks for itself. I am not a car dealer and I do not do any car trading. No games. Open to any inspection. $500 deposit due within 24 hours end of auction. Remaining balance via EFT and within 7 days end of auction. Thank you.
