I have for sale my original 1979 BMW E21, Automatic with 90k original miles on the car, however the odometer stopped working about a month ago at 88k miles. Very hard to let this car go, it has been such an amazing car, but due to circumstance, it is time to part ways with it. It has been very well maintained, I have all records of all servicing I've done while I have owned the car. This has been my daily driver for the last four years that I have owned it, I bought it with 80k original miles on the car/ engine.
Paint is 8/10 - in rare Sepiabraun (brown), there are a few specks here and there, but overall paint is in amazing condition.
Interior 8/10 - Dash is in great shape, no large cracks, not dried out. I replaced the driver and passenger seat when I bought the car, they were very sun damaged, and I installed the current seats from a different E21. Head liner is in great shape minus one small quarter sized hole above passenger side.
After market stereo installed with USB
Engine is in great shape, just had a thorough servicing done to it. Most servicing has been done by friend Joe at Autohaus Europe: New timing belt, new oil filter and oil change, new ignition points, air/fuel mixture adjusted, valves were adjusted, new fuel pump relay.
-New radiator installed 4 months ago
-Tires are practically brand new, purchased new set 5 months ago.
-Rear brakes were adjusted recently but will need new brakes soon
Just overall great car, sad to see her go. She would make the perfect candidate for a full restoration, or just a great car to add to someone's collection.
