Car description

1992 BMW 850i
77,866 miles
This was my late fathers car, he owned this car for over 20 years and took incredible care of it when he drove it. Unfortunately, due to his health issues, the car sat in his garage un-used for a few years and because of that it needs some maintenance.
Currently the car runs and drives, it passed Virginia State Inspection in July and has the sticker that is good through 7/17.
If you're looking at this you probably already know what an 850i is, so i'll skip the "good" and just get straight to the bad-
Because the car sat for so long, I took it to the local BMW dealer and had them look it over to see what all needed to be done, and this is what they found:
-Car overheats if sitting for long periods of time, most likely the thermostat is stuck and needs replacing.
-Power steering fluid leaks
-Transmission has a fluid leak
-Exhaust is rusted, most likely will need replacing soon (still "sounds" normal at the moment though).
-Suspension bushings and struts are worn and will need replacing.
-Sunroof needs a new cassette. Currently it's stuck open a tiny bit.
-Batteries work but are getting weak and will need replacing soon.
The exterior of the car is in very good shape, a few scuffs that could probably be buffed out, but no noticeable dents or dings. The interior was just professionally cleaned, although the leather on the driver seat is worn (see pics), and a few of the LEDs on the radio display are out. Otherwise it's in great shape, carpet is nice for its age (mats are somewhat faded), no sag in the headliner at all, rear seats look brand new. Trunk is clean.
Like I said, the car runs and drives... the ride is rough though (b/c of the worn suspension components) and the engine could probably use a good tune-up, but you can take it out right now and do 90+ if you wanted to.
Feel free to ask me any questions, I'll do my best to answer them. Willing to ship but buyer is responsible for all costs.
