I haveto let go of my1987 325e sedan. It is a manual. It has been a daily driver for the previous owner and I have been daily driving it for the past few months. Very reliable car but needs a little bit of work. The odometer is stopped at 259k but the previous owner put in a newer motor that has 121k on it. He did not give me any paperwork so I had to take his word for it. If your a California buyer, just had the car smogged on 10/4/2015. Again the car has been very reliable and a great gas saver. I will list what it needs in as much detail as possible.Needs/Flaws: - Passenger rear wheel bearing.- A/C recharge- Radio - Rubber seals for driver door window (window gets stuck on the seals sometimes, ay need to be adjusted or just put new ones)- Slight leak from bottom of seals/head gasket area. Most likely not put on correctly when new motor was installed. ($120 for Seal kit) My mechanic said it is not bad and does not need to be changed anytime soon.- Has a slight click noise when you press the break, rom the rear passenger side. May just be a bushing or clamp. I just put on new bushings and clamps for the sway bars. Mechanic also said that there was nothing serious when the car was on the lift.- Front Passenger door gets stuck and you have to pull a little harder to open- Locks for doors need to be changed, urrently lock and unlock from the trunk lock- Cracked but still intact windshield. Hairline cracks. Shown in pictures- Tear in the headliner buy Rear passenger door. - Has ABS light on, ossibly related to click in passenger rear wheel area when braking. easy to bypass- Dash has a few cracks but is coveredPros:- Reliable daily- Great on Gas- Clean seats/interior- Overall great body and underbody- No rust on underbody- Drives good-Needs very little TLC- Sunroof, ower options work- If car hits reserve, will include extra parts such as brand newKYB Shocks/struts, ome control arms and links for free.I may have missed a minor detail but If I remember anything, will add it to the listing. Let me know if you have any questions. I am not a mechanic but I have owned 3 e21s, e30s, nd an e28. I have to let this one go for financial reasons.
