Selling my 92 E32 BMW, am the 2nd owner of this vehicle and it took forever to find the 3.5l six cylinder that we have here. I purchased the car with about 43k miles. I replaced the transmission fluid (full flush), ear differential (redline mt-90) and coolant flush. Actually the transmission fluid was replaced at 43k upon purchase, round 70k as my maintenance, hen again at 81k because the transmission seals had failed. The car drives and shifts great since the day I bought it, know this is said often when selling, ut this car truly does drive great. Also at 43k I changed the fuel filter, lugs, ires, rake fluid, tc. My BMW mechanic perform most all of the work on this vehicle except the easy maintenance, hich I took care of. The car also has new springs and struts (Bavarian Motorsport springs along with Bilstein shocks). The drive isextremelysolid, s in bumps make no noise, t is nice... Steering is straight, ngine smooth, ounds exactly as a well running 3.5l straight six, ot dead quiet but, ike a big six. I have the original bmw records in the glove box, t was maintained by the first owner, hey justdidn'tdrive it much. I also have all my records, ncluding oil changes, tc. I have the oil change every 3-4k.I added a GROM unit to the stereo system, hich isdock ablein the ashtray. You an easily purchase the bluetooth connection from GROM for "no wires" connectivity. The cd player was also purchased (BMW oem), tereo sounds pretty awesome for a stock system. I also have staggered tires on the 16x8 oem e38 rims. The fronts are 225/55 r16 and the backs are 245/50 r16. The rear tires look great, ery wide for a 245. They were purchased at around 48k ish and will need to be replaced. The spare tire is the original rim and pirelli tire, ever used. The headliner was also replaced at 43k, ecause when I first purchased the vehicle, had it detailed and the shop used a steam cleaner on the headliner and it dropped, o they had it replaced by a high end upholsterer in Barrington, L. The headliner is freakishly nice and should outlast the vehicle. This is probably best because most of the early to mid 90's bmws headliner glue gives way over time. The headlights have been redone with new glass and painted reflector, hey perform very well and look great. They also have 5k HID headlights installed. The exhaust was also replaced around 55k, t is stock, nd I had the stainless tips welded on.I drove this vehicle for over 4 years so I know pretty much know its history/issues. First thing, he AC works great, ust needs to be recharged in the spring. It was converted to the new system by BMW and I have had my mechanic check the system for leaks and they cannot find anything. Basically, he charge lightens up over the winter and needs a shot in the spring, ery cheap. I am guessing the first owner was a pretty big fellow as the memory seats were way back and low, he seats were re-done (similar to leatherique) bythe dealer I purchased the vehicle from. They did not do a great job and I have been meaning to address them, ut never got around to it. They look ok, ut could be much better. I have owned e36, 34 and this e32 and the seats all wear the same, uickly and poorly. Also, he heater works great, ut the center vents only blow cool air from the outside, actually have checked this on other e32's and they all worked the same, nd I never dove into it further. They work fine with the A/C.Also, he body is not perfect, here are some small dings on the passenger side, iny surface rust spots from chips, mw batches (hood and trunk) are old, here is a small dent on the driver lower rear drivers side door that I wanted to havepaint-lessdent removal on, ut it justdidn'tbother me enough. All in all the car is a great example of an e32 that has been taken care of and ready for its next owner.I am selling this car locally along with this listing. I will not ship, ickup only.Sorry for the long winded description, ut I try to be as honest as possible with the history of the car.
