1961 Bentley S-2 Complete & Restored, Needs Assembley

For sale is this 1961 Bentley S-2. It has been stored indoors in Belleville NJ (where it is avail for inspection and pick-up) for a few years. It was a project that has been halted due to financial reasons. It was in excellent condition and fullydrive-ablewhen given over for the resto.The car has been repainted to a beautiful finish. Original color was olive then a two-tone navy over silver and now all silver. All cosmetics have been done.All interior and exterior bright work has been re-chromed.All wood on fascia and rear tables has been stripped and refinished.All new leather seats have been installed.New head-liner in place.Mechanically sound but will of course need service. Brake system was working fine at last check. It has the rare factory-installed air conditioning which will need looking after as it was losingFreonwhen driven and will naturally need new and safe gas. There is a short somewhere that will need looking after- radio and some interior lights cut out. This car has the old style fuses but comes with wire and a full and original tool kit. White wall tries most likely can be restored but they have been on the car for 15 years so its a judgement call however still have plenty of tread.The car is now outside under a tarp and has become dirty. Almost all of the interior is still stored inside.This is a perfect car for someone who know his or her way around a Bentley or Rolls. All the expensive work has been done.
