Purchased from England in the early 70's and transported to the US in 1977. This car has been regularly maintained since then and kept in storage. This Austin was used in many parades in the US in the 80's & 90's and has since remained in storage. Austin produced only 200 of this model over a 10 year period and the Queen purchased 6 of them for her motorcade. If you do your research you'll see there are only a few of the Austin Princess's in the states let alone the Vanden Plas Limousine. Please see pics for detail and condition. This car is completely original with some parts changed for basic maintenance. The tires are also quite old but still hold air. The car runs and drives but needs some work to be 100% road worthy. Interior will clean up very nicely and is all intact. The exterior is in great shape just needs a paint job and very little body repair. Motor/trans fire right up but again will need some attention to be road worthy. Please contact us for any questions. This car has been in the family for over 40 years and has been taken care of just needs some TLC to be road ready or some additional work to be restored.
