Up for auction is a 1956 Austin-Healey 100M or LeMans conversion. Restoration was done in the 80's - I have owned the car since 1990. Although an older restoration I consider the car to be very presentable with a few exceptions. Car has all the M "stuff". Note in the photos there is a paint problem on the left rear fender - an area of aproximately 3" x 5". I would think this would be a straight forward repair for a shop with computer color matching. During my ownership I have replaced all hubs and wire wheels. clutch. rebuilt master cylinder and fuel pump. The cylinder head has recently been reworked with new valves. guides. seals and hardened seats. Pertronix electronic ignition is installed. The oil filter has a spin-on conversion. This involved no modification and the original parts go with the car. The mileage indicated is most probably since the restoration was completed. Sale is due to another project. Please email any questions before bidding. A deposit of $500 by Paypal is due at end of auction. Balance of payment by wire transfer within 3 days. Inspection at my premisis is welcome - car is sold as is. where is with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyer is resposible for ALL shipping arrangements. Thanks for looking!
