My mother purchased this gem as a gift for my father on his 70th birthday in 2003. He drove it on surface streets only until he passed away in 2005. The vehicle is set up for AC and the blower works. We rarely run the AC, so I cannot speak to its current condition, but refrigerant was last recharged in 2003. There is no power steering.
