1983 Audi Coupe Quattro (URQ)

Up for grabs is an original Audi Turbo Coupe Quattro URQ. The car has 83k miles, runs, but needs a lot of work. To highlight the bad, there is obvious rust; the fender supports are in need of repair, the pinch welds are not able to be lifted from, the rockers have perforation that will need to be addressed as well. The car runs but leaks fuel from the lines near the tank which is a common problem due to the rubber drying and cracking with age. The interior has prior water damage but is mostly complete. Previous owner removed both window regulators and they are not present. The cooling system needs to be fixed as the previous owner also made some dodgy repairs there. I bought the car out of Wisconsin where it was being used for a winter commuter (mindful these were not sought after 8-years ago). This is a perfect candidate for a full restoration or resto-mod project, but the body work is beyond my skills and I have decided to find a cleaner one for my collection. Front bumper, fenders, and hood were removed for assessing the rust on the right fender support. All are still present and can be reinstalled for delivery.
The wheels that are coming on the car are the ones I received when I purchased it. They are generic steel wheels with snow tires are pictured. I have several sets of era-correct Audi wheels that may be purchased separately if interested.
This car is being sold as-is, in it's current state with not warranties implied or offered (like any used car this age!)
Delivery of the car is the buyer's responsibility. IF you contact me prior to the time of the sale I can arrange delivery within a decent range of Minneapolis, MN for fuel/time compensation (Chicago, Des Moines, Fargo, Rapid City, Kansas City, Winnipeg are all within range) . The car is located south of Minneapolis roughly 40-miles.
