Barn find 1979 AMC Spirit AMX RARE V8! One of less than 1000 Spirit AMXs that came with the 304 V8. This was the last production car AMC built with a V8. It's all there! 14x7-inch "Turbocast II" aluminum wheels, lackout trim, GT rally-tuned" suspension, loor shift transmission gauge packag, frontand rear spoiler, way bars tilt wheel and A/C. This car needs TOTAL restoration it will fire and run if you pour gas in the carb but it has been sitting for at least 8 years call if you like I will tell it like it isand NO YOU CAN NOT DRIVE IT HOME Please this is a project car it is all there but need to be gonethroughIbelieveif you clean the fuel system and change the fluids you could drive it in a day or two, hat said it is still a projec, t is a real AM, ot a clone and the last year AMC made a V8 AMX and the last year for a V8 AMC Car period.
