This 1978 AMC Matador sedan is kind of rare these days. It seems not many were saved. It's looks are interesting in todays world. The car does need restoration to some extent but can be a daily driver with a bit of elbow grease. The 360 runs great and transmission shifts properly and the brakes are still up and operational. We removed the gas tank to clean out old fuel and install a new sender. The tank remains out and will need to be reinstalled. The car sits kind of low and probably could use new springs all around. The right front floor pan needs repair and the rest of the under carriage is pretty good.It has the usual lite rust in the real quarters and a few other small spots on the car as well but very repairable not horribly bad.All the glass is good and the interior is in remarkable condition and only a good cleaning would be in order here. Someone ripped the right front carpet to look at the floor pan so carpets could be replaced after the floor is repaired. Please ask any questions you may have and thanks for looking.
