I am the second owner of this Eagle. I purchased it from a retired school teacher in Amarillo in 2004. We've taken multiple trips to New Mexico and back from the DFW area. The 4-wheel drive always worked wonderfully. I love this car but my wife doesn't. Unfortunately, I believe I have blown a head gasket (it overheats when I turn on the motor). I had just had the transmission rebuilt (so low miles on it). When this happened to the engine, my wife lost patience. I have to get rid of it. The snow tires have low mileage and lots of tread. All the carpet is in good condition. The seats are in great condition except for one small tear in the drivers seat. The rear cargo rolling cover is in good condition. Has the spare tire (full-size). Does leak some oil from the lower seal. Air conditioner still works. The undercarriage has Zeibart coating so no rust down there. Some rust at corner of passenger side rear wagon window. Some rust surface paint stain (only) from the makeshift metal luggage rack bar I have on top (that bar has rusted, causing the stain from rain runoff). Could use a new paint job. The headliner could use replacing. I glued it myself and accidently got a glue stain on it. The headliner is worn. Also the two front door handles no longer open the door. The rear one work. Replacements can be found on Ebay. Will need to arrange pickup (truck, trailer, tow, etc.).
