Car was parked in 1986 on a cement pad car port and covered with a tarp. I purchased it last summer and trailered it home. All four brakes are frozen. I pulled door panels off and was able to get passenger side window up but driver side regulator is seized and still needs work. The hood was seized shut and i continued to oil the hinges for a month before I was able to open it without stressing the hood. Frame rails are solid except for the first 6" of rear rails. Solid around leaf spring mounts. Personally I was planned to make sub frame connectors and blend it in. Motor turns over by hand but I havent tried to start or even put in a battery to test the electrical. Wiring harness appears to be in good condition. This is a power steering manual drum brake car. Floors appear to be decent but once sand blasted Im sure will require some attention. Glass is good. One minor tear (about 2" long) in driver seat in where seam separated but otherwise good condition once cleaned. Carpet will need to be replaced. Has been repainted once before but same color. I have a transferable registration for the car. Which is what NY uses as a title for pre 1973 vehicles.
