I've owned this car since 2010, I have a ton of documentation done by previous and original owner. A little surface rust in the typical spots, otherwise rock solid. It has been a great little Gremlin, definitely turns heads. Really gets going after a little warm-up. I purchased it in Berkley and I've driven it all around the Bay Area. I've since moved and unfortunately need to sell it.
Brake drums are pretty far gone. If purchased, I recommend a trailer, unless you live very close by.
