Car description |
---|
Spent the last four years restoring this Spider, but due to a change in circumstances, I am sadly looking to sell it. So, here are a few details:
- I bought the car in October 2013, and it was in pretty poor shape.
- Since then, I've replaced nearly everything on the car, including:
- paint
- leather
- interior windshield trim
- relays
- top
- exhaust
- clutch master and slave cylinder
- rear suspension
- front steering components (except rack)
- valve cover gasket
- giubo
- plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor
- cold start injector
- thermostat
- throttle position sensor
- coolant temp sensor
- auxiliary air valve
- alternator (high performance)
- battery
- fuel injectors
- all vacuum hoses
- all flexible fuel lines
- fuel pumps (in-tank and external)
- horns
- all electrical cleaned and reworked
- Continental CS3 Touring tires installed September 2017- ...probably other things I can't think of
I also have the factory hardtop that came with the car. It's been painted, but the interior rear plastic part is cracked. I thought about trying to get a 3D printed replacement, but never prioritized it since I rarely use the hardtop.Rear defroster works. I also have a rolling hardtop stand.
The only thing right now that the car needs is a speedometer calibration (odometer and tripmeter is fine).
Clean title and carfax.
