You are bidding on a 1960 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint Normale. It is a matching numbers car with the original 1300 cc engine it came with from the factory. The previous owner told me it was originally purchased new by a local race car driver to use as a tow vehicle for his Sprint Veloce that he raced throughout Florida and Georgia back in the '60s and '70s. The car is very original and very complete. You will notice it still has the trouble light mounted under the hood, long with the original underhood padding (in very good condition) and aluminum crossbars, tems that are always missing from these cars after 55 years. It still even has the curli-cue metal things that cover the attaching bolts for the front bumpers (lying on the ground in front of the car in the pictures). The previous owner was going to rebuild the engine since it had almost 100,000 miles on it, o he removed it and the tranny, ut then decided to sell the car, o he put the engine back in but left the tranny in the trunk, here it still sits, n case you were wondering why it's not in the car. The original color of the car was Gardenia White. The interior in the car is all original. Rust does not appear to be a problem with this car. The only rust hole I could find was at the rear of the right rear fender, nd this is fairly small, s you can see in the pictures. The bottom of the car is very solid with no rust holes anywhere (see pictures). It does not appear that this car has ever been in an accident. I do see a few old small ding/dent repairs here and there, owever. I expect payment within 5 days of the end of the auction. The car can be picked up after your check has cleared my bank. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, ut I can give the name of a good, eliable shipper if you wish. Buyer will be given a Bill of Sale and the Florida Title I received when I bought the car.
