Car description

1968 Pontiac LeMans.
Rust free California car.Olds 455 with aluminum intake and Holley 650.Turbo 400 with shift kit and external cooler.Transmission dipstick tube o-ring leaks. Typical GM problem. Easy fix.
Aluminum radiator with electric fans.Yellow Optima.Upgraded to front disc brakes with a kit from Inline Tube.
Kit includes new vacuum power booster, master cylinder, proportioning/metering valve, spindles, knuckles, rotors, calipers, and all brake lines.
Only rear shoes, cylinders, and drums are stock type.Everything else is new, and USA made.Front suspension was also rebuilt(ball joints, bushings, and tie rods) a few years ago, and has very few miles on it.This car is only driven in the summer. Most of the interior is original, and in excellent condition.
Headliner has been replaced.I have the original steering wheel if you want it.No A/C. Never had it.
Vinyl top is only a few years old, and has no splits or rips.Pretty nice aftermarket stereo.
15" Rally II wheels.1 5/16" front sway bar.Rear sway bar with boxed control arms.Posi-traction rear end (one wheel drive)GTO hood.Rear bumper is new from Tamraz.
Same quality as the original.
Excellent repro.

I have receipts for just about everything.

Car used to be turquoise, and has been painted bright white.Hood has what looks like a key scratch on it.Been that way since I purchased it in 2015.
LeMans emblems are gone and holes filled in.Bondo is visible from inside the trunk area.Trunk is extremely clean. No rust holes, or anything like that. This car is never driven in the rain, and is always covered and kept in the carport.I put it in the American Graffiti car show and parade every year, and she turns heads wherever she goes,
I had intended to never sell this car, but recent disability prevents me from driving it, so it is now for sale.It is not perfect, but pretty close for a 50 year old car.Stunningly beautiful car with tons of power.Steers and drives great, and stops on a dime.
If it was original and perfect, I would want a lot more for it.I think the price is fair considering they want 10k for a rusted body shell at the swap meets.Aside from a leaky dipstick o-ring, this car really doesn't need anything done to it.
I will only accept cash or check. No paypal.
Car and title will be given to buyer after check clears.Pickup/shipping is entirely the responsibility of the buyer.Prefer local pickup so you can see and drive the car.You will not be disappointed.Payment is required within a couple days after agreement to purchase. If you need more time, let me know and we will discuss it.
Paypal deposit is required by EBAY to list the car, which will be refunded after full payment is made.
If you have any questions, message me and I will gladly answer them
Sale is final.
