This car is totally customized from top to bottom. The engine is a 355 Chev with approximately 10 1/2:1 compression, Edelbrock Performer RPM package ( aluminum heads, intake, roller cam, timing chain and gears, water pump ) with roller tip rockers, Holley 750 vacuum secondary carb, Mallory Unilite distributor with Mallory 6AL box.Power is estimated to be 435-450 HP. Engine is cooled by an aluminum rad with a mechanical and electric fan. Exhaust is handled by custom ceramic coated headers flowing through Borla mufflers. Poweris transferredthrough a Lakewood bellhousing to a Hays clutch with hydraulic throwout bearing into a Ford Racing T5 HD 5spd transmission, custom driveshaft and into a Ford 9" rear with a 3:73 Posi gear set. ( Engine and transmission have approximately 10,000 miles on them )Fuel flows froman aluminum fuel tank into an electric pump through braided fuel lines. Trunk mounted Optima battery. Rear suspension is a 4- Link with QA1 coilover shocks. Power brakes with front disc ( slotted EBC rotors and pads ) and rear drums. Rack and pinion steering with McPherson struts. Car has full 2"x3" frame with rollbar. Rolling stock consists of Crager Drag Stars 14"x6" front and 15"x 10" rears wrapped in BFG tires 195/60/14 and 295/50/15. Interior sports Autometer gauges, am/fm/cd/usb/IPOD stereo with amp and 4 speakers.Floor, firewall and trunk are covered in Dynamat.
