Car description

1974 MGB,color is Aston Martin Silver Birch (James Bond 1960s DB5 color). The interior is tan with leather seats. Inspiration was taken from the Frontline MGB in designing this car, things like the vinyl covered transmission tunnel, early style vinyl covered radio console, rear concealed storage, early style interior door pulls, rear tail lamps. The car runs great, handles well, drives nicely and is ready to drive and enjoy.

Clear Georgia title in my name. Mileage of 114,794 believed to be accurate. Links to videos and more photos below. Please ask any questions before bidding. Inspections welcome.

The previous owner had the car since 1983. It was in San Diego, and was apparently a southern California car from new. That owner had the engine rebuilt, new shocks installed, new (not rebuilt) carburetors, new fuel pump. The body has NO rust. This car has had a chrome bumper conversion which alters the body back to pre-rubber bumper state. New bumpers and grill. Ride height is back to chrome bumper specs using Moss lowering kit. A front sway bar was added.

Things I've done to the car:
Body / Trim - New items: dash cover (full, not just a top cover), sun visors, leather seat and headrest covers, all interior trim panels, window crank handles, carpet, convertible top with zipped rear window, short tonneau cover. New windshield, vent window and side window seals. New turn and rear lamps, side trim, headlamp seals, bumpers, chrome grill. Original full tonneau is in good condition but has small repair. Sound deadener was used in the interior. The original sill covers are still in place, along with the original under-seat rubber flooring. Both are in great shape, but have been dyed to match the interior.
Mechanical - New stainless exhaust system. Converted to blue label overdrive (OD in 3rd and 4th), overdrive unit rebuilt, gearbox has new seals, gaskets and bearings. Engine rebuilt by previous owner. I had the head rebuilt with new valves (stainless for the exhaust), guides and hardened valve seats, dual valve springs. New oil cooler and hoses.
Electrical - New items: correct wiring harness (main, dash, rear, headlamp), 43 amp alternator, replacement points distributor, Lucas sport coil, fuse box, wiper/OD switch. LED brake/tail light and dash gauge bulbs, battery. Radio has blue-tooth with external microphone. There's also a power point and USB port on the console.
Suspension - A Moss lowering kit was used to bring the car to chrome bumper height. Other new items include: front suspension bushings, tie rod ends, springs, driveshaft u-joints. Front sway bar added with new rubber parts. 4 new tires and 4 wheel alignment. New mini-lite style wheels.
Hydraulics - New items: brake and clutch master cylinders, clutch slave, calipers, rear wheel cylinders, front rotors, brake pads, shoes, all flexible hoses.
Heat/cooling - new hoses, uprated heater core, water pump, heater control valve, ABS lower air duct panel, radiator serviced.
