It appears that there has been a fire near the heater core - fuse box area - See pictures
There is no shortage of rust on the vehicle either.
I have not attempted to turn the motor over, although I do believe it is free.
The hood cable in the cab is broken.

A person could deal with the rust and restore - fix and drive as it is - or use for parts
